Booking:



The booking request can be sent by e-mail, by telephone or Whatsapp messaging. You will receive an answer with availability and rate.

The booking will be confirmed only after sending the deposit equal to 30% of the total (to be sent by bank transfer). In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

The balance of the stay must be paid in cash upon arrival and will not be returned in case of early departure or complaints. The b&b is not authorized to accept credit cards.

The b&b is a small family establishment for which there is no 24-hour reception service.

Each guest is required to communicate the estimated time of arrival in order to avoid waiting.

The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.30. 

Only the tourist tax is to be considered extra (Delibera C.C. n. 24 del 25.04.2015 - modifica Delibera C.C. n. 58 del 15.10.2019 - modifica Delibera C.C. n. 29 del 28.04.022) € 1.00 per person per night (children under 14 are exempt) up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
